    Our reed diffusers are made with high quality ingredients.

    To keep your diffuser working at its best

    Gently remove the stopper from glass vessel.

    Place the reeds inside the vessel. As the reeds are porous they slowley absorb the liquid which moves up the reeds.

    Flip your reeds every 2 weeks to give the scent a boost.

    Do not allow liquids to touch surfaces as this can stain. We suggest placing your vessel on a protective plate.

    Orders are usually packed and posted within 1–3 business days (excluding special requests).
    We ship Australia-wide through Australia Post with a $12 flat rate or $16 express option.
    Enjoy free shipping on orders over $100.

    Local Delivery:
    If you’re nearby in the Macarthur region (Campbelltown, Camden & Wollondilly), we offer free contactless delivery every Saturday between 9am–1pm.
    Your order will be left in a safe spot, and you’ll receive a text once it’s been delivered.
    Need a different time? Just get in touch, we’ll do our best to accommodate.

    Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.

    Returns & Exchanges

    We want you to love your candles as much as we love creating them.

    If your order arrives damaged, please email Bottlenose Candles within 2 days of delivery and include a photo of the item and packaging.
    Once reviewed (within 48 hours), we’ll organise a replacement or refund.

    We’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, but if something isn’t quite right, please reach out.
