Shipping Policy
At Bottlenose Candles we aim to have your order packed and posted within 1-3 business days (with the exception of special request orders).
Orders are currently shipped through Australia Post.
We offer a flat $12.00 shipping rate within Australia.
Express shipping $16.00
Free shipping offered for orders over $100.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please note Bottlenose Candles cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipping with Australia Post.

Local Delivery in Macarthur
Free local delivery is available for orders within the Macarthur region, including Campbelltown, Camden and Wollondilly. Local delivery is available on Saturdays between 9am and 1pm.
We provide contactless delivery, leaving your order in a safe location. You will receive a text message once your order has been delivered.
Reach out if you need a different time for local delivery and we will try to accommodate your request!
Return & Exchange Policy
In the unfortunate event your candle has arrived broken during transit
Please email Bottlenose Candles with a photo of your item and packaging within 2 days.
Once your request has been approved (please allow up to 48 hours) a replacement or refund will be issued.

Change of Minds Returns
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
