We ship Australia wide using Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Tracking
Tracking is available on all orders. You can follow your parcel's journey using the tracking link provided in your dispatch email.
Local Macarthur delivery
We offer local delivery within the Macarthur area. This is a contactless service delivered by our team. If you're not home, we'll leave your order in a safe place.
Saturday local delivery available
9am-1pm
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Change of mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose your products and fragrances carefully before completing your order.
