    Orders are usually packed and posted within 1–3 business days (excluding special requests).
    We ship Australia-wide through Australia Post with a $12 flat rate or $16 express option.
    Enjoy free shipping on orders over $100.

    Local Delivery:
    If you’re nearby in the Macarthur region (Campbelltown, Camden & Wollondilly), we offer free contactless delivery every Saturday between 9am–1pm.
    Your order will be left in a safe spot, and you’ll receive a text once it’s been delivered.

    Returns & Exchanges

    If your order arrives damaged, please email Bottlenose Candles within 2 days of delivery and include a photo of the item and packaging.
    Once reviewed (within 48 hours), we’ll organise a replacement or refund.

    We’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, but if something isn’t quite right, please reach out.

  • Diffuser Care

    Our reed diffusers are made with high-quality ingredients and carefully designed to provide continuous, long-lasting fragrance throughout your home.

    How to Use Your Reed Diffuser

    • Carefully remove the stopper from the glass vessel.
    • Place the reeds into the diffuser liquid. The porous reeds will slowly absorb the liquid and release fragrance into your space.
    • Allow time for the fragrance to travel through the reeds.
    • Turn the reeds approximately every two weeks to refresh the fragrance. Turning them more frequently may create a stronger scent but can cause the diffuser liquid to be used more quickly.

    Always place your diffuser on a stable, protected surface. Do not allow the diffuser liquid to contact painted, polished or delicate surfaces, as it may cause staining or damage. Always place the vessel on a protective plate or coaster.
